CONDITIONS

To purchase products on tresladies.com you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States of America. You must provide a valid credit card and associated information such as the cardholders name as it appears on the card, the credit card number, the type of credit card, the date of expiration, and security codes needed to charge your card. By submitting this information, you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within 30 days of credit card authorization.

Payment types may be added or removed at the discretion of Tres Ladies Designs, LLC. You and NOT Tres Ladies Designs, LLC are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases including any applicable taxes. Unless you notify Tres Ladies Designs, LLC of any discrepancies within sixty days after they first appear on your credit card statement, they will be considered accepted by you for all purposes. If Tres Ladies Designs, LLC does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due to Tres Ladies Designs LLC. You are responsible for paying any government taxes on your purchase. Tres Ladies Designs LLC will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the District of Columbia.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to decline for any reason. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased. We will attempt to notify you by your provided email address, billing address, or phone number of any changes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers, resellers or distributors. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that are not the responsibility of Tres Ladies Designs, LLC. The risk of loss of items purchased by you passes to the carrier chosen at the time of purchase.

TERMINATION

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Tres Ladies Designs, LLC. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Tres Ladies Designs, LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to tresladies.com. Upon any termination you must immediately discontinue use of tresladies.com. Any termination will not affect payment obligations arising before the date of termination.
